• Consult with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, and budget.
• Design personalized high-end travel itineraries including luxury hotels, resorts, cruises, and exclusive experiences.
• Research destinations and recommend premium accommodations, activities, and transportation options.
• Coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements such as flights, transfers, tours, and special requests.
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after each trip.
• Stay informed about luxury travel trends, destinations, and industry updates.
• Maintain strong relationships with travel partners, suppliers, and hospitality providers.
• Manage booking details and client information within CRM or booking systems.
• Resolve travel issues or itinerary changes quickly and professionally.
