Role Description

Designing journeys and destinations at Lenitos Travel. Lenitos Travel operates in operations consulting, applying structured planning to travel management and destination experiences. This remote role brings on five independent contractors for a 12-month engagement at 40 hours per week, helping clients navigate itineraries and logistical planning from Guatemala City.

• Designing custom travel itineraries tailored to specific client preferences and requirements
• Managing bookings and coordinating logistical details directly with local providers
• Delivering destination advice and troubleshooting travel arrangements as they arise

Qualifications

• Independent advisory experience within travel, tourism, or destination management
• Strong organizational skills
• Clear written and verbal communication in English
• Ability to manage bookings independently while coordinating across time zones

Compensation
