Role Description

We are looking for organized, service-focused individuals to join our remote team as Experience Booking Coordinators. In this role, you will assist clients with turning vacation ideas into organized arrangements by:

• Researching available options
• Coordinating selected services
• Keeping booking details accurate and easy to follow

This opportunity is a good fit for individuals who enjoy helping people, comparing choices, managing details, and working independently. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and continued educational resources are provided.

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet access
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, Mexico, or another qualifying region

Requirements

• Speak with clients to understand their preferred destinations, travel dates, budget, interests, and special requests.
• Research hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and vacation packages that align with individual needs.
• Support the booking process by coordinating selected services and organizing confirmations, reservation information, schedules, and itinerary details.
• Maintain clear communication with clients by providing updates, following up on pending items, answering routine questions, and assisting with standard booking changes.
• Review reservation information for accuracy, monitor important deadlines, maintain organized client records, and continue developing destination and supplier knowledge.
