Qualifications

• Dutch: Fluent (C2-level command) to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and flawless written/spoken communication.

• Full legal permission to live and work in Greece (EU citizenship or valid local residency/work permits).

Core Responsibilities & Daily Tasks

• Manage customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone with fluent, professional Dutch and fluent English skills, ensuring a courteous and reassuring tone.
• Investigate and resolve detailed reservation issues, cancellations, and account inquiries methodically with patience and empathy.
• Stay up to date on global travel rules, hospitality policies, and corporate systems to provide accurate, high-level guidance to travelers.
• Record all guest interactions precisely in the database to keep client histories accurate and up to date.
• Meet individual efficiency metrics and key performance indicators while collaborating with a global workforce to maintain service excellence.
