Role Description

We're looking for organized, research-focused individuals to help clients explore destinations, compare options, and coordinate important travel details from home.

As a Work From Home Destination Specialist, you'll assist with:

• Destination research based on client preferences and travel goals
• Comparing accommodations, transportation, and activity options
• Assisting with reservations and confirmations
• Organizing itinerary and scheduling details
• Providing destination information and planning updates
• Helping with changes or special requests
• Following up on pending details
• Maintaining accurate client and trip information

Qualifications

• Strong research and organization skills
• Good attention to detail
• Clear communication
• Reliable follow-through
• Comfort comparing options online
• Ability to manage multiple client requests
• Basic computer and email skills
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations, planning, research, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
