Role Description

We are seeking detail-oriented individuals with strong communication skills to assist travelers with vacation research, planning, reservations, and ongoing client support. The Client Travel Support Coordinator works directly with travelers to understand their vacation preferences, research appropriate options, organize trip details, and provide personalized assistance throughout the planning process.

• Communicate with clients regarding travel preferences and vacation needs
• Research accommodations, cruises, resorts, theme parks, and destinations
• Assist with coordinating reservations and itinerary details
• Answer general travel questions and provide destination information
• Maintain organized client information and booking records
• Follow up with clients throughout the planning process
• Participate in destination and supplier training
• Provide professional and responsive customer service

Qualifications

• Enjoy helping and communicating with people
• Are organized and detail-oriented
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Are comfortable learning technology and online systems
• Can manage their time independently
• Have an interest in travel and hospitality
• Previous travel industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing resources are available.
