[Hiring] Business Account Specialist @Exoticca

Role Description

In this role, you will have to ensure a flawless trip production at our client’s. You will be responsible for helping the sales grow, creating and handling different requests for our client.

• Ensure our product support for our client’s Sales team
• Understand our client’s growth drivers, objectives and goals in order to identify new product opportunities based on the client’s feedback.
• Provide client's competitive intelligence to our Exoticca teams
• Partner with our client’s in the development of Exoticca's sales
• Give support with the execution of our product portfolio.

Qualifications

• Digital Sales background (is a plus).
• Minimum studies: FP/FPII in Tourism (Tourism degree preferably).
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively.
• Preferably, previous experience as a Travel Agent or an assistant buyer in the tourism industry.
• A can-do spirit: you are coachable, highly motivated and driven to succeed.
• Availability to travel to the north of Spain, +30% of your time.
