At Mass General Brigham, our Supply Chain team plays a critical role in ensuring clinicians and patients have access to the products, equipment, and services they need. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain professional to help optimize inventory, improve operational efficiency, and support supply chain performance across one of the nation's leading healthcare systems.

In this role, you will collaborate with suppliers, operations teams, and internal stakeholders to forecast demand, manage inventory, streamline logistics, and drive data-informed decisions that support exceptional patient care and organizational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Analyze historical data, utilization trends, and business needs to forecast product demand and support effective supply planning.
• Evaluate and manage supplier performance related to quality, cost, service, and delivery expectations.
• Develop inventory management strategies that optimize product availability while reducing excess inventory and carrying costs.
• Partner with operations and clinical teams to align inventory and replenishment plans with organizational needs.
• Coordinate transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
• Monitor and analyze key supply chain metrics, identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service levels, reduce costs, and strengthen supply chain performance.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
• Experience in supply chain management, inventory planning, procurement, logistics, or related operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience working with ERP, inventory management, or supply chain systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build effective relationships across teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required.
• Experience in supply chain management, logistics, or related roles: 3-5 years required.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, practices, and methodologies.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and logistics providers.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a relevant industry or sector, such as manufacturing, retail, distribution, or logistics, is beneficial.
• Experience with international supply chain operations, including import/export regulations and global logistics, is a plus.
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to make effective decisions in challenging situations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
