[Hiring] Supply Chain & Logistics Resilience Analyst @Allied Universal

Role Description

We are seeking a data-driven and solutions-oriented Supply Chain & Logistics Resilience Analyst to support operational continuity, supply chain risk management, and business resilience across a complex logistics ecosystem. In this role, you will:

• Analyze data from multiple sources.
• Identify emerging risks and operational dependencies.
• Develop dashboards and translate complex information into actionable insights for program managers and senior leadership.
• Contribute to contingency planning, scenario analysis, and business continuity initiatives.
• Apply analytical skills and emerging AI-enabled tools to practical resilience challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in a dynamic operating environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military, public-sector, or professional experience.
• One to three (1–3) years of relevant professional experience in:
  • Emergency response logistics
  • Business continuity or Continuity of Operations (COOP)
  • Crisis or incident management
  • Supply chain, logistics, or procurement operations
  • Risk management or risk reporting
  • Data analytics or business intelligence
  • Business continuity planning and operational resilience support
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize large, complex, or ambiguous datasets into clear, decision-quality insights.
• Experience preparing reports, presentations, dashboards, or other analytical deliverables to support operational or management decisions.

Requirements

• A data-first mindset with strong analytical, research, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to translate complex information into actionable recommendations and concise narratives for non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Familiarity with at least one data visualization or analytics platform, such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare and present concise briefings.
• Understanding of risk management, operational continuity, supply chain resilience, or crisis preparedness principles.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams while independently managing assigned analytical tasks.
