[Hiring] Supplier Collaboration Supply Chain Professional @International Motors, LLC

Role Description

As the commercial vehicle industry undertakes its most significant transformation in a century, International is on a mission to redefine transportation. We are seeking a Supplier Collaboration Supply Chain Professional to join our team.

The individual will be doing on-site assessments of supplier readiness to meet International part requirements including:

• Capacity planning
• Manpower analysis
• Process flows
• Machine throughput with downtime tracking
• Tooling condition
• Preventative maintenance practices
• Raw material ordering practices from Tier 2 and 3 suppliers to meet EDI demand
• Quality system processes
• KPI documentation
• Work station environment 5S preparedness including standardized work
• Redundant shipping packaging availability
• Raw and finished goods storage processes

The position will require the ability to travel 60% to 80% of the time to work on site with International suppliers. Other than when traveling, this position can be based remotely but the applicant MUST live in or be willing to live in (or live a commutable distance to) one of the following locations:

• US-IL-Lisle
• US-AL-Huntsville
• US-TX-San Antonio
• US-OH-Springfield
• US-OK-Tulsa

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of supply chain, engineering or manufacturing experience
• At least 1 year of lead experience
• OR Master's degree and at least 3 years of supply chain, engineering or manufacturing experience
• At least 1 year of lead experience
• OR At least 8 years of supply chain, engineering or manufacturing experience
• At least 1 year of lead experience

Requirements

• Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
