[Hiring] Senior Supply Chain Manager @Creative Alignments

Role Description

Help scale one of the fastest-growing veggie-forward food brands in the country—owning the logistics, inventory, warehouse operations, and supply chain infrastructure that will support our growth from $30M toward $100M and beyond.

As Senior Supply Chain Manager, you will take ownership of critical supply chain functions that enable rapid scaling. You'll work closely with the COO and Operations team to improve logistics, customer service, inventory management, warehouse operations, ERP accuracy, and supply planning capabilities.

Success in Your First 90 Days:

• Take ownership of freight management, customer service operations, appointments, and day-to-day execution (currently managed by the COO).
• Establish and maintain OTIF measurement and reporting with a goal of achieving and sustaining 95%+ performance.
• Own supplier invoice review and deductions support.
• Build strong working relationships with distributors, co-packers, carriers, suppliers, and key customers.

Success Within 6 Months:

• Assume ownership of warehouse management across both facilities.
• Own monthly inventory close processes.
• Improve inventory visibility, reporting accuracy, and operational controls.
• Develop supply chain resiliency plans, including safety stock strategies and surge-demand protocols.
• Identify and implement process improvements that improve service levels, efficiency, and scalability.

Success Within 12 Months:

• Establish their existing ERP as the trusted system-of-record.
• Partner with leadership on supply planning execution and forecasting processes.
• Continue strengthening inventory accuracy, operational visibility, and decision-making capabilities.
• Help build the supply chain infrastructure necessary to support the company's next stage of growth.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, inventory management, or customer fulfillment.
• 3+ years of experience within CPG; frozen, refrigerated, or perishable products strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with logistics, freight management, distributor operations, inventory management, forecasting, and ERP systems.
• Proven track record of improving operational performance through ownership of OTIF, inventory accuracy, fill rates, service levels, or similar KPIs.
• Experience working with co-packers, suppliers, distributors, warehouses, and external logistics partners.
• Demonstrated ability to build processes, improve systems, and drive accountability in fast-growing organizations.
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills with comfort analyzing operational data and performance metrics.
• Self-starter with exceptional follow-through, urgency, and proactive communication.
• Comfortable operating in a highly hands-on role with evolving priorities and limited structure.
• Comfortable with after-hours responsiveness as needed in a logistics-driven environment.
