Role Description

The Logistics Manager is a key leadership role in Electrify America’s Supply Chain Department. The individual has overall responsibility for optimizing transportation & warehousing for all capital equipment and DCFC network service parts.

• Leads team in achieving efficient logistics operations of the national DC fast charging network as well as direct to consumer Electrify Home chargers including fulfillment & reverse logistics.
• Develops annual operating budgets and establishes strategic objectives and goals for the logistics department.
• Manages three large scale 3rd party Logistics Providers (3PLs) including shipment planning, execution, and warehousing activities.
• Ensures that the right equipment & parts arrive at the right time and place at the best cost.
• Reports to the Sr Manager of Supply Chain within the overall Operations organization.
• Leads in the selection, implementation, operation and maintenance of a warehousing strategy in both the United States and Canada.
• Ensures all shipping and service SLAs are met with 95% or greater compliance.
• Works closely with internal personnel to optimize the service parts program.
• Accountable for all company-wide Logistics contracts and supplier performance.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related area.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• MBA desired.
