Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Logistics Lead to drive efficient shipment execution, improve freight and cost visibility, and create alignment across brands and sales channels. This role is responsible for coordinating domestic and international shipments from origin to destination, with a strong focus on Amazon/FBA replenishment and 3PL operations, while ensuring timely delivery, accurate documentation, and strong service levels. The Logistics Coordinator will partner closely with Supply Chain, Marketplace, Sales, warehouse partners, and freight providers to support channel demand, resolve issues proactively, and maintain inventory flow. This individual will monitor logistics performance, steward KPI reporting, and continuously improve systems, processes, and cost efficiency across the logistics network.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple brands and channels, with a strong emphasis on Amazon/FBA replenishment, from origin through final delivery.
• Serve as the key point of contact with 3PLs, carriers, freight providers, and warehouse partners to ensure timely, accurate shipment execution and resolve logistics issues.
• Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Marketplace, and Sales teams to prioritize shipments, support channel demand, and maintain service levels.
• Support Amazon-related logistics execution, including FBA shipment planning, appointment coordination, and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate logistics records, shipment visibility, delivery timelines, freight documentation, invoices, and system data across ERP and logistics platforms.
• Oversee inventory movements across manufacturers, warehouses, and other distribution points to support stock availability and operational continuity.
• Steward reporting on logistics KPIs such as shipment status, freight costs, on-time delivery, on-time pickup, and exception management.
• Identify savings and process improvement opportunities through analysis and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of logistics experience with direct responsibility for managing $1M+ in annual freight costs, with experience in the CPG industry strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon FBA logistics and replenishment coordination.
• Experience managing 3PL coordination and relationships.
• Strong background in LTL/FTL transportation management and rate negotiations.
• Hands-on experience coordinating domestic and international freight.
• Working knowledge of Canada and US import/export regulations and requirements.
• Experience using ERP, WMS, TMS, or logistics platforms in an operations environment.
• Proficient Excel skills, including the ability to work with Pivot Tables and XLOOKUP formulas.
• Sound analytical skills to support freight reconciliation and landed cost analysis.
• Able to manage multiple priorities across brands, SKUs and sales channels.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across internal teams and external partners.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues early and follow through to resolution.
