Role Description

As a Workstream Lead, you will be responsible for:

• Leading project teams or workstreams and managing deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Conducting and managing others conducting supply chain and manufacturing due diligence.
• Advising DOW leadership on supply chain risk management.
• Coordinating across headquarters offices, commands, program executive offices, program management offices, contracting organizations, and other mission partners.
• Assessing risks associated with the defense industrial base, critical suppliers, strategic dependencies, contract performance, and vendor concentration.
• Supporting engagement with prime contractors and other industry partners to address supplier risk, resilience, performance, and mission continuity.
• Preparing executive-level briefings, decision papers, recommendations, and status reports.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, industrial base policy analysis, market due diligence, or related areas.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, industrial base policy analysis, market due diligence, or related areas.
• Experience working with prime defense contractors, major suppliers, or the defense industrial base.
• Experience with supplier resilience, critical dependencies, strategic sourcing, vendor risk, or defense industrial base risk.
• Working knowledge of federal acquisition policy, contracting processes, and defense acquisition governance.
• Experience coordinating across organizations with competing mission, acquisition, contracting, and stakeholder priorities.
• Experience advising senior leaders in acquisition reviews, governance forums, executive meetings, or industry engagements.
