Role Description

Your primary goal will be to build a predictable, efficient, and scalable supply chain — from manufacturers in China and local suppliers to warehouses and end customers in the US.

You will be responsible for the overall strategy, logistics team management, inventory planning, international shipments, Amazon FBA operations, 3PL coordination, and fulfillment processes. The key objective is to maintain healthy inventory levels, optimize logistics costs, ensure on-time deliveries, and minimize operational risks.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations within e-commerce.
• Previous experience in a leadership role and managing a team of at least 3 specialists.
• Hands-on experience supporting Amazon brands, either in-house or within an agency.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon FBA, Seller Central, 3PL, and inventory replenishment processes.
• Experience managing international shipments from China to the US and working with local manufacturing partners.
• Strong expertise in demand forecasting, inventory planning, and preventing stockouts and overstock.
• Experience working with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and 3PL partners.
• Understanding of shipping documentation, customs requirements, landed cost, and international logistics risks.
• Experience building, optimizing, and automating operational processes.
• Strong command of Google Sheets and experience with ERP, analytics, and automation tools.
• Fluent English — C2 or native-level proficiency.
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills, leadership capabilities, and the ability to dive into operational details when necessary.

Requirements

• Develop and implement the Supply Chain & Logistics strategy in line with the company’s growth plans.
• Build scalable end-to-end supply chain processes, from manufacturing to final delivery.
• Develop and continuously improve demand forecasting models.
• Establish and manage the Sales & Operations Planning process.
• Plan logistics capacity, resources, and inventory requirements based on business growth and seasonality.
• Oversee inventory across all stages, including production, in-transit stock, 3PL warehouses, AWD, and Amazon FBA.
• Ensure timely replenishment based on sales velocity, lead times, seasonality, and demand forecasts.
• Prevent stockouts, excess inventory, and unnecessary working capital allocation.
• Oversee Amazon restock, removals, reimbursements, and other processes affecting product availability and operational losses.
• Manage the full logistics cycle from manufacturers in China and local suppliers to the US market.
• Oversee the performance of freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, 3PL providers, and fulfillment partners.
• Optimize shipping routes, delivery times, transportation costs, and landed cost.
• Ensure the accuracy of shipping plans, labeling, packaging, and supporting documentation.
• Oversee inbound shipments and ensure timely resolution of delays, discrepancies, lost units, and other logistics issues.
• Coordinate the logistics side of relationships with international and local manufacturers.
• Monitor production timelines, order readiness, and compliance with agreed shipping deadlines.
• Evaluate the performance of logistics, warehousing, and fulfillment partners.
• Participate in negotiations regarding pricing, service levels, and partnership terms.
• Develop alternative routes and partnerships to reduce operational dependency and supply chain risks.
• Lead and develop a Supply Chain & Logistics team of at least 3 specialists.
• Define responsibilities, priorities, workflows, and performance standards.
• Set clear goals, monitor execution, and develop the team’s professional independence.
• Establish KPIs, SLAs, reporting systems, and transparent performance controls.
• Collaborate closely with company leadership, Finance, Product, and other cross-functional teams.
• Analyze existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement systematic improvements.
• Automate demand forecasting, inventory control, shipment tracking, and reporting processes.
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of operational data across internal systems.
• Develop contingency plans for delays, shortages, cost changes, and other supply chain risks.
• Monitor key performance indicators, including product availability, inventory turnover, forecast accuracy, lead time, logistics cost, and stockout rate.
