Today - Ezurio is hiring a remote Director, Supply Chain. πŸ’Έ Salary: unspecified πŸ“Location: USA

Role Description

Builds and leads Ezurio's end-to-end supply chain function, reporting to the COO and leading supply chain teams across the modules business and SOM and SBC Business. Turns execution into a documented, system-driven function spanning SIOP, systems and process, purchasing, inventory, and category management and sourcing, as measured by on-time delivery, clear-to-build performance, forecast accuracy, inventory and working capital targets, and cost savings. Works with global cross functional teams and executive leadership to build a lean organization that can scale. This is a remote position. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

  • Own Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) end to end, including inputs, forecast modeling, safety stock, and risk-buy decisions.
  • Manage a tiered cadence of demand review, supply review, and executive reconciliation.
  • Reconcile the sales forecast against the statistical forecast and to the revenue and margin plan.
  • Plan capacity and flag constraints 50+ weeks out.
  • Document what the supply chain organization does, company-wide, and hold the organization to the documented process.
  • Run internal process audits that feed back into process and system updates.
  • Act as the supply chain systems architect: define ERP input and output requirements and the interaction with PLM and CRM.
  • Drive the toolset to match the designed process.
  • Define supply chain SOPs for release through the Quality Management System (QMS), in partnership with Quality.
  • Own purchasing and vendor risk management, including the approved vendor list (AVL).
  • Drive vendor consolidation and automate purchasing workflows through MRP in the ERP.
  • Own working capital targets, inventory control, excess and obsolete (E&O) policy, clear-to-build, and risk-buy and spot-buy policy across the network.
  • Build system controls and on-demand dashboards that manage inventory KPIs and risk.
  • Lead sourcing strategy and category management, supplier scorecards, on-time delivery and lead-time visibility, and contract and terms management (MSAs and SLAs).
  • Build dedicated category management and sourcing engineering capability within a lean organization.
  • Own supply chain risk strategy, including geopolitical and tariff exposure, dual-sourcing, and the make-to-stock, make-to-order, and procure-to-forecast framework.
  • Establish and monitor core KPIs (on-time delivery, clear-to-build on-time performance, forecast accuracy, inventory turns, working capital, E&O dollars, stockout frequency, vendor scorecards, PPV, and cost savings).
  • Define roles, responsibilities, and coverage across the function.
  • Lead and develop the team through coaching, performance management, and succession planning.

Requirements

  • Electronics industry experience is required, in electronics, semiconductor, or closely adjacent high-complexity component manufacturing.
  • Demonstrated experience owning SIOP/S&OP end to end.
  • Demonstrated experience defining ERP requirements and architecting supply chain processes in an ERP-driven environment; NetSuite experience is a plus.
  • Strong background in inventory management, including working capital reduction, E&O control, safety stock, and risk-buy policy.
  • Purchasing and procurement leadership experience, including vendor management, AVL governance, and sourcing strategy; experience building or scaling category management capability is a plus.
  • Experience managing long lead-time, high component-risk supply chains.
  • Experience operating at scale.
  • Experience leading distributed, multi-site teams, including manager-level direct reports.
  • Comfort operating in a lean, private-equity-owned environment, building scalable systems while controlling cost and headcount.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership and the board.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as business needs require.

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field required.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience, including SIOP ownership, within electronics or high-complexity component manufacturing organizations.
