Role Description

• Support systems that affect Supply Chain processes
• Manage the supplier onboarding processes
• Develop and maintain all Supply Chain metrics
• Develop and manage Supply Chain process improvement projects
• Develop and maintain process for supplier risk management
• Develop schedules and corrective action plans for assigned projects

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in business or technical field of study is required for this position
• A master’s degree in business is preferred along with 10+ years of general and 5-10 years of supervisory experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience working with procurements subject to federal procurement regulations
• Working knowledge of MS Office Products
• High level of initiative
• Must be able to communicate effectively both verbal and written
• Extreme accuracy in quality of work
• Must be able to work independently
• Strong problem solving and leadership skills
• Moderate level of SAP or related ERP system experience
• Strong supervisory and customer service skills
• Must be able to multi-task
• Advanced presentation skills

Requirements

• Sight: must be able to regularly read computer screen, reports, and various documents with detail and clarity
• Hearing: must be able to regularly hear well enough to communicate

Working Conditions

• Physical Location: Remote work will be considered for this position. The position operates in an office environment
• Teamwork: This position will work with others to ensure efficiency in the workplace
• Listening Skills: This position will need to understand how to use machinery properly and safely to prevent accidents
• Ability to follow instructions: Managers assign tasks and responsibilities, which vary; this position should be able to follow instructions competently
• Methodical approach: Production lines follow a set process, so this position needs a methodical approach to ensure all tasks are completed in the correct order
• Concentration: This position may perform the same or similar tasks repeatedly, so a strong level of concentration is important for quality control purposes
