Role Description

LaSalle Investment Management is seeking a Strategist to join our US Strategy & Research team. This person will be a vital partner to our investment teams, a respected voice in our strategic debates, and a key contributor to our performance. Their analysis will directly influence investment decisions and contribute to the performance of our U.S. portfolio.

We are particularly interested in candidates who demonstrate intellectual curiosity, deep interest in real estate market dynamics, and strong communication skills. The role will require producing market forecasts, written analysis, and presentations. Requirements

• Serve as a subject matter expert on specific US real estate markets and property sectors
• Analyze market conditions for prospective investments
• Develop investment strategy by synthesizing macroeconomic, capital market, and property sector data
• Guide the creation of analytical tools to enhance predictive capabilities
• Author thought leadership materials such as white papers and market analyses
• Mentor and support junior analysts and summer interns

Benefits

• Estimated total compensation: $120,000 - $150,000
• Title and compensation commensurate with experience
