Role Description
We are seeking a curious, analytically rigorous Strategy Analyst to support the ideation, design, and activation of key organizational initiatives. While anchored in our people strategy, this role has a broad mandate that touches on operational excellence, enterprise-wide transformation, and broader business objectives.
Serving a dual mandate, the ideal candidate acts as both a strategic thought partner—helping translate ambiguous business challenges into actionable strategies—and functions in a "Chief of Staff" capacity to orchestrate the cadence of the organization. This is a high-visibility role for someone with an internal consulting mindset who thrives on conceptualizing solutions, managing complex portfolios, and turning ambiguity into structure.
Key Responsibilities
-
Strategic Ideation & Problem Solving:
-
Act as a thought partner to leadership to conceptualize and design new business and organizational strategies.
-
Shift beyond just reporting by actively participating in the "whiteboarding" phase—identifying root causes, structuring complex problems, and proposing innovative solutions.
-
Develop clear, executive-ready narratives and frameworks that communicate complex ideas and drive enterprise-level decision making.
-
Thrive in a dynamic environment, bringing the same rigor and creativity whether the work is a quick-turn strategic pivot or a multi-month transformation initiative.
-
Chief of Staff Operations & Organizational Alignment:
-
Serve as the central nervous system for the HR organization, keeping a pulse on the overarching portfolio of initiatives, managing operational cadence, and ensuring cross-functional alignment.
-
Act as a connector across departments — facilitating conversations, managing dependencies, and keeping leadership informed on organizational health and project speed.
-
Build and maintain strong working relationships across the enterprise, earning trust as a reliable and credible partner who can move forward without formal authority.
-
Data Analytics & Insight Generation:
-
Gather, synthesize, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to build the evidence base behind new strategies and operational efficiencies.
-
Identify the right data sources, ask the right questions, and connect the dots across inputs to surface insights that drive financial and operational impact.
-
Shape findings into clear, digestible narratives that bring the "so what" to life for senior business leaders.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree required, MBA or advanced degree preferred.
-
2–4 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, operational excellence, or a highly analytical business role.
-
Exposure to enterprise transformation or people-focused projects is a plus.
-
Strong analytical capabilities with advanced proficiency in Excel and data structuring.
-
Comfort working with ambiguous or incomplete data sets to build out populations, hierarchies, and systemic efficiencies.
-
Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to ideate, solve problems, and produce polished, executive-quality materials.
-
Clear and structured communication style—both written and verbal—with an instinct for what matters to senior audiences.
-
High organizational acumen with a proactive, self-starting approach and the ability to manage multiple workstreams with limited oversight.
