Role Description

We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes social media. If you know all of the latest trends, memes, and TikToks, and believe in the power of social media and community management to change hearts, minds, and drive sales, this role is for you. You will lead a team of strategists and collaborate with experts across APAC, guiding our strategy expertise for all things Philippines.

• Lead multiple exciting accounts as a “people first” Strategy Director.
• Conduct research, write briefs, guide work, and pitch to clients.
• Collaborate with a diverse team, valuing creativity in research and strategic frameworks.
• Wear many hats from day one, ensuring fantastic, big, bold, beautiful work.

Qualifications

• 7 plus years of experience building integrated programs at a top agency for Fortune 500 clients.
• Experience in understanding the intersection of business strategy, consumer insights, and digital behavior.
• Experience in traditional, web, social, syndicated, and primary research.
• Dazzling presentation skills and presence in a room.
• Ability to express complicated concepts in simple and digestible ways.
• Curious and easy to get along with.
