Role Description
We are seeking an ambitious Strategy & Business Operations Associate to act as an internal consultant and 0-to-1 builder at the heart of our fastest-growing operations. Reporting directly to leadership in Finance & Business Operations, you will tackle the companyβs most complex, unstructured challenges β turning high-stakes operational friction into scalable, tech-enabled realities that directly drive our growth trajectory.
This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role with an uncapped ceiling for organizational impact. You will collaborate directly with leaders across various departments to own mission-critical initiatives end-to-end. Your projects will be crucial to scaling our operating model.
Example Areas of Focus:

-
Process Mapping & Friction Identification: Map end-to-end operational workflows to identify bottlenecks, capacity constraints, and error-prone manual steps.
-
Workflow Design & Automation: Design, test, and deploy standard operating procedures (SOPs) alongside AI-assisted automated workflows to eliminate repetitive manual data entry and streamline core operations.
-
Process Ownership & Optimization: Take end-to-end ownership of core operational processes, establishing operational metrics, tracking efficiency gains, and driving step-change improvements in capacity and lead times.
-
Vendor Strategy, Tooling & Product Ops:
-
Software & Tooling Audits: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of active internal software tools, vendor contracts, and tool utilization pain points.
-
Build vs. Buy & Procurement: Lead vendor RFP processes, "build vs. buy" evaluations, pricing model analyses, SLA negotiations, and contract terms for mission-critical software and service providers.
-
Product Operations & Alignment: Act as the connective tissue between Operations and Product/Engineering to operationalize new features and gather operational requirements.
-
Cross-Functional Execution & Strategic Initiatives:
-
Executive Decision Support: Conduct deep-dive quantitative analyses and draft executive memos to drive alignment among senior leadership on high-stakes operational choices.
-
Ad-Hoc High-Impact Projects: Serve as a flexible operator to tackle emerging, unstructured "firefighting" projects and 0-to-1 strategic initiatives across the organization.
Qualifications
-
2 β 4 years of experience in high-caliber business environments, including top-tier management consulting firms, investment banking, or Strategy & Operations / BizOps at high-growth tech startups.
-

-
Base salary between $120,000 - $150,000, plus equity and benefits.
