Look after team health and ways of working in a fully remote, multicultural team.
-
Fundraising operations
-
Run the process behind the co-foundersβ fundraising efforts.
-
Maintain and develop core materials such as our decks, concept notes and one-pagers, and draft or coordinate grant applications.

Own impact reporting content and contribute to funder reports.
-
Strategic projects & programs
-
Scope & lead strategic initiatives from idea to delivery, alongside recurring work.
-
Oversee our programs and systems as we expand.

-
A track record of managing people well, ideally in small remote teams.
-
Comfort with ambiguity and ability to build structure where there is none.

Resourcefulness and agency; ability to see what needs doing and do it without waiting to be asked.
-
Excellent communication, writing and synthesis skills.
-
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and persuade diverse groups.
