Role Description

Lenovo is seeking a Transformation Strategy Senior Manager to join our Infrastructure Solutions Group Strategy Office and lead transformation strategy formulation. Our team is small but delivers strong value to the ISG leadership team, and we are excited to have you join us and contribute towards this mission.

This role is tailored for an individual contributor who has a proven ability to navigate ambiguous situations, to create clarity and organizational alignment that drive the business forward. In your day to day you can expect to:

• Analyze industry trends and business models of competitors, partners, and emerging spaces to address our most pressing strategic questions.
• Develop an issue frame, financial modeling, synthesize findings, and communicate them to senior leaders across the organization.
• Identify, evaluate, quantify, and prioritize high-value transformation opportunities aligned with the business strategy.
• Develop compelling business cases, align stakeholders around clear outcomes and KPIs, and mobilize teams to implement new operating models.
• Support workstream reviews and Steering Committee preparation.
• Build credibility with functional leaders and provide strategic support across top and bottom-line transformation initiatives.

Position Location: open to remote/Work from Home, up to 20% travel required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a management consulting, private equity or related fields; or 8+ years in corporate strategy roles for global organizations.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical capabilities, and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all audiences, including senior leaders, in a structured manner; strong executive presence.

Requirements

• MBA (Preferred).
• Familiarity with data center infrastructure and related technologies and services (Preferred).
• Competency in statistical thinking and data analysis software tools (Preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools effectively in practical, day-to-day work to accelerate analysis, improve decision-making, and deliver higher-quality outcomes (Preferred).

Benefits

• The anticipated annual compensation range for this position is 160,600–246,215 USD.
• Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, and business considerations.
