Role Description
The International Strategy Analyst analyzes current and future international territories and worldwide markets by conducting research, identifying opportunities and risks, and developing strategic recommendations to help Interstate succeed in the international arena.

Conduct in-depth research on international territories worldwide.

Analyze competitor activities and identify market trends.

Evaluate potential entry strategies and market opportunities.

Analyze pricing trends in current and future territories.

Maintain International Department Sales and Financial Dashboards.

Maintain International Department Pricing Files.

Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement business strategies that align with organizational goals.

Identify and evaluate potential international expansion opportunities.

Assist management in developing and refining International Territories Worldwide business plans.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform strategic decisions.

Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

Monitor the performance of international operations and identify areas for improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
-
Work closely with other departments, such as Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance, to ensure alignment on international strategies.

Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as government agencies and industry associations, to promote international business interests.

Project Management:

Manage international projects, from concept to execution, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.

Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with international projects.
Qualifications
-
Bachelorโs degree in Business or Finance preferred; or relevant experience.

3+ years of experience in distribution operations and/or financial analytics.
-
Experience working with international business owners/operators.
-
Proficient in Spanish language; Portuguese/French a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to present to a variety of audiences.

Proficient in Power BI, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and related complement programs.

Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Demonstrated ability to produce results with previous assignments; goal-oriented.

Proven project management skills such as planning, directing, organizing, executing, and coordinating the completion of multiple objectives and priorities.
