[Hiring] Associate Consultant @Decimal.health

Role Description

The Associate Consultant is responsible for executing day-to-day project activities to support digital health strategy engagements for startup, health system, pharmaceutical and other Fortune 500 clients. This includes collaborating with Analysts, Consultants, and Engagement Managers to:

• Conduct secondary research of the digital health or other relevant markets
• Lead primary research efforts
• Synthesize research findings into strategic insights
• Develop client deliverables such as slide decks, quantitative analyses or other deliverables as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Sciences, Social sciences, Economics, Health Administration, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience working in a health care setting, management consulting or investment banking OR a master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Health Administration or related field and 1-2 years of experience in management consulting, digital health or healthcare innovation
• Demonstrated interest in healthcare or digital health
• Demonstrated experience conducting primary & secondary research
• Strong critical, strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Structured approach to problem-solving
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and be a self-starter
• General understanding of the US healthcare system & payment models a plus
• General understanding of the digital health landscape a plus

• Some travel may be required for client engagements, company retreat(s) and conferences
