Role Description

We are looking for a skilled Zoho Developer based in the Philippines to join our remote team and work closely with our Australian operations.

• Develop and maintain solutions across Zoho CRM, Analytics, Recruit, and People
• Build automations and integrations using Zoho Deluge
• Write and optimise SQL queries
• Troubleshoot systems and investigate data inconsistencies
• Manage the software development lifecycle and deliver projects
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and other cross-functional teams
• Continuously improve systems, processes, and customer outcomes

Qualifications

• 3+ years relevant experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Analytics, Recruit, and People
• Proficient in Deluge and SQL
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely with an international team

Requirements

• 5+ years software development experience (preferred)
• Experience with Java, JavaScript, Python, Rails, or similar (preferred)
• Experience building APIs, backend systems, integrations, or full-stack applications (preferred)
• Agile experience and strong ownership mindset (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred)
