[Hiring] Workday Extend Consultant/Senior Consultant @Kognitiv Inc.

Role Description

Workday Extend Consultants design, build, and deliver Extend and Orchestration applications that meet client requirements. They collaborate with clients and internal teams to transform business needs into secure, scalable Workday solutions.

• Design and Configuration: Design and configure simpler Workday Extend applications, contributing to larger design efforts under guidance.
• Orchestration Delivery: Independently design, build, test, and deploy Workday Orchestrations.
• Application Development: Build, test, and deploy Workday Extend applications with input from a technical architect or lead.
• Workday Configuration: Develop business objects, processes, security configurations, and user interfaces within Workday.
• Solution Analysis: Analyze requirements, recommend practical solutions, and implement system enhancements.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve break-fix issues, documenting all corrective actions.
• Knowledge Contribution: Contribute to reusable solution libraries, internal tools, and client-facing documentation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with Integrations and Functional consultants on cross-domain solutions.
• Project Delivery: Deliver agreed-upon project and performance objectives while maintaining high client satisfaction.
• Compliance: Ensure all work complies with confidentiality requirements and data-protection regulations, including GDPR.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2 years’ experience in Workday delivery.
• Ability to architect Workday Orchestrations independently.
• Ability to develop and support testing efforts on Workday Extend applications.
• Understanding of REST APIs, Workday Web Services, and Workday data structures.
• Understanding of UI flows and technical designs with the capacity to execute on them.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet travel requirements of up to 5% annually.
• Workday Extend certification or comparable practical experience preferred but not required.
