[Hiring] Website Developer @WIN

Role Description

WIN is looking for a developer to help manage and build out WIN.gg, one of the world’s leading media platforms in gaming and esports. This developer will be tasked with:

• Monitoring day-to-day and week-to-week website performance.
• Flagging, managing, and alleviating issues as they are identified.
• Executing additive projects that implement new features and plug-ins on the website.

Primary objectives for the developer and the team include:

• Traffic acquisition.
• Creating return users.
• Converting traffic towards revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• Good familiarity with WordPress, Pantheon, AWS, and similar services.
• Understanding of programmatic ad operations is a plus.
• A proven background in web development work is required.

Requirements

• Self-motivated and eager to improve.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Capable of and comfortable with clearly communicating working objectives to other developers, coworkers outside of development, and their directing manager.
