Role Description

We're seeking a talented Webflow Developer to join temporarily our remote team at 8020. With a strong reputation in the industry, we’re offering the chance to contribute to forward-thinking Webflow projects for some of the largest names on the internet. As part of a collaborative team, you can work alongside exceptional project managers, designers, and senior developers, creating an environment that encourages personal and professional development.

• Collaborate with design team or clients, translating design files (often in Figma) into dynamic, visually appealing websites.
• Perform audits to identify high-potential opportunities for partners, considering SEO, accessibility, performance, and editor experience.
• Collaborate closely with clients on an ongoing basis, serving as an extension of their team.
• Assist clients in making strategic choices for their success.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Webflow experience with a portfolio of past work.
• Proficiency in Webflow's underlying code output: HTML, CSS, and basic Javascript.
• Experience working with Lighthouse is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working in client service, either within an agency or as a freelancer.
• Experience with MAST or similar frameworks.

Requirements

• Comfortable using a development framework like Mast.
• Strong English language skills.
• Methodical approach to writing code snippets and developing complete websites.
• Proactive in identifying and engaging in side projects that align with company objectives.
