How you will create an impact:

• Website strategy & development:
  • Translate business needs and technical requirements into robust, scalable solutions.
  • Contribute to platform improvements, innovation initiatives, and reduction of technical debt.
  • Continuously enhance website performance, quality, and scalability.
• User experience & implementation:
  • Build and implement pages aligned with UX/UI designs and accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Improve templates and components for consistency and performance.
  • Conduct quality checks across pages, codebases, and user journeys.
• Platforms, systems & technology:
  • Develop and maintain custom modules, integrations, and CMS configurations.
  • Optimize site architecture and multilingual setup, diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
  • Support analytics and martech tool integration.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure best practices across performance and responsiveness.
• Content, SEO & discoverability:
  • Collaborate with content teams to implement SEO-driven technical solutions.
  • Improve technical SEO and GEO foundations (metadata, indexing, templates).
  • Support multilingual content and localization from a technical perspective.
• Security, privacy & compliance:
  • Ensure adherence to security protocols and data protection standards.
  • Implement solutions aligned with accessibility and privacy requirements.
• Data, analytics & performance optimization:
  • Implement and maintain tracking and analytics tools.
  • Optimize site speed and performance to support conversion goals.
  • Enable experimentation and continuous optimization.
• Collaboration & leadership:
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Contribute to technical reviews and present solutions confidently.
  • Manage timelines, SLAs, and delivery across projects.
  • Collaborate with external developers, freelancers, and agencies.

Qualifications

• You have at least +4 years of experience in web development, CMS platforms, and modern web technologies.
• You have proven experience in an international, multilingual environment; the ability to communicate in business English at the C1+ level is a must.
• You have experience with SEO, analytics tools, and digital marketing ecosystems; ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and improve complex systems.
• Analytical, structured thinker with strong decision-making and critical thinking skills; able to process complex information with a creative, continuous improvement mindset.
• Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and results-driven; strong self-management, adaptability, and resilience under pressure.
• Collaborative and stakeholder-oriented: clear communicator, confident in presenting technical solutions; experience in cross-functional and international teams.
• You are comfortable with digital tools, data analysis and virtual collaboration; understanding of data protection and compliance; experience with marketing tools; solid project management and business awareness.
• You combine attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture—and you deliver, even under pressure.
