The Technical Consultant is responsible for the delivery of high-quality business and software application services.

• Configure Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 to meet requirements
• Work with the functional team to define and test customizations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology from an accredited college or university
• In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, 3 years of experience in the same or closely related field/occupation may be counted towards 1 year of education
• Current Microsoft Dynamics 365 technical certification or the ability to obtain within 90 days of employment
• Customarily has at least 4 years of technical experience
• Customarily has at least 4 years of technical consulting experience
• Customarily has at least 4 years of customer-facing project management and client engagement experience
• Customarily has at least 4 years of AX/X++ development experience with in-depth knowledge of ERP platform in Microsoft Dynamics, web services, security, cloud, and infrastructure
• Customarily has at least 3 years of mentorship experience

• Proven track record of providing technical consultancy and delivering complex, full life-cycle implementation, upgrade, customization, performance optimization, integration, data migration, security, and support of D365/AX
• Deep understanding of reporting features and Power BI in D365FO
• Understanding of TFS/VSS version control
• Knowledge of AX 2009, AX 2012, DMF, EP, and SSRS installation
• Strong knowledge of coding standards and methodologies
