[Hiring] Technical Architect- Marketing Cloud Intelligence & Personalization @OffpremTechnology

Role Description

The Marketing Cloud Technical Architect designs and implements data-driven marketing and personalization solutions for Offprem’s customers, with primary focus on Marketing Cloud Intelligence and Marketing Cloud Personalization. This role leads technical solution design, oversees build quality, and remains hands-on as needed building, configuring, or testing components of customer solutions. A high-performing Technical Architect is comfortable leading both technical architecture and business consulting conversations, ensuring solutions are scalable, measurable, and aligned to customer goals. Salesforce Data360 plays a supporting role in the overall architecture, and experience leveraging unified customer data to enable analytics and personalization is a valuable plus.

• Design end-to-end architectures and data flows
• Lead technical design discussions and guide implementation
• Communicate trade-offs and limitations clearly to stakeholders
• Review build work for quality and scalability

• Marketing Cloud Intelligence
• Architecting cross-channel marketing analytics solutions
• Data ingestion, normalization, and harmonization
• APIs, connectors, automated pipelines
• KPI frameworks and dashboard design
• Marketing data quality and governance
• Python, nice to have
• Marketing Cloud Personalization
• Real-time personalization architecture
• Site Map Rules & Decision Logic
• Behavioral tracking and event configuration
• JavaScript
• Audience segmentation and decisioning logic
• Rule-based and AI-driven personalization

Requirements

• End-to-end solution ownership
• Integration patterns and data flow design
• Architecture diagrams and documentation
• Client-facing technical leadership
• Salesforce Data360 (Nice to Have)
• Data ingestion, modeling, and activation
• Identity resolution concepts
• Understanding of the MarTech ecosystem
• 2+ years of experience in data modeling
• CDP experience strongly preferred
