[Hiring] Tech Lead/Architect @CI&T

Role Description

We are looking for a .NET and Azure Architect to work on an international project. We want someone who enjoys sharing knowledge and contributing to CI&T and the community. We value cultural fit, respect for differences, collaboration, and teamwork.

Your day-to-day will look like:

• Defining and driving the solution's architectural decisions, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and sustainable.
• Working closely with the development team, supporting the implementation of features, reviewing technical solutions, and promoting good programming and architecture practices.
• Being in direct contact with the client's technical experts, requiring strong communication skills.
• Acting as a technical reference for the team and bridging the gap between business needs and technical decisions.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge and experience in C# / .NET Core 8 and ASP.NET Core MVC Razor 8.
• Experience defining and evolving cloud solution architectures, especially on Azure.
• Experience with Azure infrastructure.
• Experience with databases, version control, cloud, and CI/CD tools.
• Experience with DevOps.
• Experience or ability to work with support activities.
• Ability to capture and share knowledge.
• Good communication skills, both technical and business-related.
• Advanced or fluent English.
