Role Description

We’re looking for a Senior Developer & Tech Lead to join our Tech team and lead the engineering efforts behind core product features, integrations, and automations. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, driving projects from concept to production and ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

You’ll architect systems, make key technical decisions, ensure code quality, and collaborate closely with Product, Design, Data, and Business teams to deliver solutions that impact thousands of users. You will guide and mentor the engineering team, introduce best practices, and help shape our technical roadmap.

What will you do?

• Product development & solution building
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software, APIs, and integrations using modern frameworks and tools
  • Lead the development of scalable architecture, focusing on performance, reliability, and security
  • Build internal tools and automations to support business teams (Product, Sales, Operations, CS)
• Technical leadership
  • Drive technical decisions and collaborate cross-functionally to define roadmaps and feature scope
  • Mentor developers, enable knowledge sharing, promote engineering best practices
  • Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to quality standards, and support team members in solving technical challenges
• Systems & infrastructure
  • Collaborate with Data and Product teams to structure, integrate, and optimize core systems
  • Ensure seamless integration between front-end, back-end, and third-party services
  • Monitor and enhance application performance, security, and scalability
• Innovation & continuous improvement
  • Explore emerging technologies (AI agents, automation frameworks, API-first architecture, Firebase, etc.)
  • Propose improvements to development workflows, CI/CD, codebase structure, and engineering processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in software development (full-stack or back-end)
• Proven experience designing and deploying scalable systems in production
• Strong knowledge of the following languages: Flutter, Node.js, Python, TypeScript
• Experience leading engineering initiatives, mentoring, or acting as technical reference point
• Solid understanding of software architecture, API design, and system integrations
• Familiarity with cloud services (GCP, AWS, Firebase)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Experience in startups or agile environments
• Problem-solving mindset, initiative, and ownership
• Has prior leadership experience

Requirements

• Experience with AI integrations, LLMs, or automation frameworks (nice to have)
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, or containerization (nice to have)
• Exposure to data ingestion, analytics, or BI tools (nice to have)
• Experience collaborating across multiple teams (Product, Design, Customer Support, Marketing) (nice to have)
