Role Description

We’re looking for a Systems & Automation Builder to take ownership of our digital operations across multiple business units. This is a hands-on builder role, not an administrative support role. You will design, connect, and improve the systems that power how the business runs — across marketing, education, community, support, and internal operations. If you enjoy building automations, connecting tools, and improving how systems work together, this role will suit you well.

• Own and maintain key business platforms (LMS, websites, email marketing, support systems, and internal tools)
• Build and manage automations using Zapier or similar tools
• Connect systems across marketing, sales, LMS, CRM, and support workflows
• Fix broken integrations and improve data flow across platforms
• Lead key system rollouts including Klaviyo migration and Freshdesk setup
• Support the rollout of AI tools such as chatbots and LMS-based learning assistants
• Improve onboarding, lead management, and operational workflows
• Support internal teams with access, setup, and basic system guidance

Qualifications

• Experience working with multiple SaaS platforms in a business environment
• Strong hands-on experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, or similar)
• Experience building workflows and system integrations (not just using tools)
• Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, WordPress, and email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Requirements

• Experience with Klaviyo migration or setup
• Experience with Freshdesk or similar ticketing systems
• Exposure to LMS platforms (Moodle or similar)
• Experience with AI tools, chatbots, or automation agents
• Background in digital operations, RevOps, or IT-to-operations roles
