Role Description

• Develop, test, and maintain application components using Oracle PL/SQL, C#, and ASP.NET.
• Assist in the analysis of business and technical requirements.
• Create and modify database objects including packages, procedures, functions, and queries.
• Support application troubleshooting, defect remediation, and root cause analysis.
• Participate in code reviews and follow established coding standards and SDLC processes.
• Collaborate with business analysts, testers, and senior developers to deliver system enhancements.
• Document technical designs, code changes, and operational procedures.
• Support production issues and participate in on-call activities as assigned.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and application modernization efforts.

Qualifications

• 0 to 2 years of experience in software development, application support, or a related technical role.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Basic programming and database experience with Oracle Database, PL/SQL, C#, ASP.NET, SQL, and relational database concepts.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), software development best practices, web application development, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and support business objectives.

Requirements

• Preferred experience or exposure to SSRS, Entity Framework, Azure DevOps/Git, Visual Studio, and healthcare, Medicaid, or government systems.
