Role Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with experience in SAP IS-Retail and related areas. The role involves:

• Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analyzing the client’s needs in the context of the project.
• Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks to realize it.
• Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets.
• Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
• Leading/supporting UAT and production rollouts.
• Creating, understanding, and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and justifying it.
• Addressing issues promptly and responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement.
• Giving constructive feedback to team members and setting clear expectations.
• Helping the team troubleshoot and resolve complex bugs.
• Coming up with solutions to any issues raised during code/design review and justifying decisions taken.
• Carrying out POCs to ensure suggested design/technologies meet the requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years.
• Good experience in SAP IS-Retail.
• Good experience in SAP MM-Purchasing.
• Good knowledge in Wastage & Shrinkage Management, Centralized Bakery Production, Butchery & Fishery.
• Knowledge in Consignment, Vendor Rebate Management, Recipe Management, Store Replenishment.
• Knowledge in DC Forecasting & Replenishment, Merchandise Hierarchy Redesign, Store Assortment Planning, Unified Master Data Management Platform, Group wide Non-Trade Procurement Platform.
