[Hiring] Staff Engineer @Rimini Street

Role Description

We are seeking a Staff Engineer, Agentic Solutions and Reusable Platforms, Innovation Solutions to join our team. Reporting directly to the GVP of Innovation Solution Delivery, this remote position is open to qualified candidates located in Australia or New Zealand (ANZ).

The role involves:

• Turning delivered solutions into reusable assets.
• Shaping repeatable offerings.
• Owning the reference architecture and engineering patterns for agentic solutions on ERP.
• Anchoring the ERP side of the estate.
• Building the agentic capability further.
• Holding the production bar.
• Owning the engineering standards and the software development lifecycle of record across the engineering centers.
• Progressively taking ownership of technical areas led by the Group Vice President today.
• Developing engineers through mentoring and design capability enhancement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years building and operating production software.
• Deep hands-on ERP technical experience in Oracle E-Business Suite or SAP.
• Experience in a legislatively or regulatorily driven domain.
• Hands-on experience designing and building agentic or LLM-based solutions.
• A track record of turning bespoke work into reusable assets.
• A track record of setting engineering standards adopted by teams you did not manage.
• Experience halting a release on quality or risk grounds.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical direction without line authority.
• Current hands-on engineering capability.

Requirements

• Required working depth in agentic system architecture.
• ERP integration knowledge of Oracle EBS and SAP.
• Understanding of identity, permissions, and data boundaries in enterprise systems.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the software development lifecycle end to end.
• Experience in release engineering and CI/CD.
• Test strategy expertise.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms relevant to running AI workloads.
• Understanding of the software supply chain.
• Proficiency in engineering documentation.
