Role Description

As a Sr. Web Developer (ASP.NET/C#) at Gainwell, you can contribute your skills as we harness the power of technology to help our clients improve the health and well-being of the members they serve — a community’s most vulnerable.

Your role in our mission involves:

• Analyzing customer information requirements and product specifications to define technical content strategy and plan.
• Designing and developing written and/or visual product-related information such as:
  • Hard copy guides
  • Web user/configuration/troubleshooting guides
  • Online information (interactive demos, help systems)
• Coding, building, compiling, and testing online information and/or setting up, loading, and testing systems hardware to create information deliverables.
• Providing feedback on ease of use and user interfaces to product development.
• Acting as a customer advocate to help define/refine product requirements.
• Developing standards and style documents, templates, scripts, style sheets, and graphic libraries.
• Interfacing with cross-functional areas as a member of the product development team, such as marketing, test, support, and manufacturing.
• Applying developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues.
• Developing responsive and accessible UI/UX designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Implementing component-based architecture for scalable front-end solutions.
• Integrating REST APIs for seamless data exchange.
• Designing and optimizing data models for workflow automation.
• Implementing state management for improved application performance.
• Utilizing visual scripting and drag-and-drop UI configuration for low-code/no-code solutions.
• Ensuring compliance with WCAG accessibility standards.
• Collaborating in an Agile/Scrum environment for iterative development and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of applications/web development experience.
• Experience with web concepts and setting up websites using .NET C#, ASP, ASP.NET, and HTML.
• JavaScript and XML development experience.
• Visual Studio Installation/Configuration; Visual Studio/Source Code repository (TFS Plus).
• Advanced SQL (SQL Server Developer Edition Installation/Configuration, Oracle Client Installation/Configuration).
• IIS Configuration experience.
• Strong front-end skills, understanding of accessibility (WCAG), state management, and no-code automation.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Requirements

• Backend Development using .NET Core, Node.js, Java, Python (optional).
• Cloud Computing & DevOps: Cloud Infrastructure, CI/CD Pipelines, Scalability, Security Best Practices (optional).
• Prototyping & Design Tools: Figma, Adobe XD (optional).
• Low-Code Development (optional).
