Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Sr. EDI Developer with strong hands-on expertise in IBM Sterling Integrator and Business Process Development. The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of overall EDI/integration experience, including 8–10+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling Integrator. This position requires a strong EDI integration developer, not just an EDI mapper. Candidates must have solid experience developing and maintaining Sterling Business Processes, designing integration solutions, troubleshooting complex issues, and supporting end-to-end EDI implementations.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of overall experience in EDI / Integration Development.
• 8–10+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling Integrator, preferably version 5.2.6 or higher.
• Strong hands-on experience with Sterling Business Process Development/BPML.
• Strong EDI development experience beyond mapping.
• Extensive experience with ANSI X12 and EDIFACT.
• Experience with XML, XSLT, cXML, CSV, JSON, and flat-file formats.
• Strong knowledge of FTP, SFTP, AS2, and VAN.
• Experience with DB2 and SQL.
• Experience with Web Services and APIs.
• Strong understanding of EDI integration architecture and technical design.
• Knowledge of encryption, security, authentication, authorization, logging, monitoring, scalability, clustering, and availability.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and provide technical leadership.
