Role Description

This role involves strengthening technical leadership and elevating the design and delivery of high-level HubSpot solutions.

• Architect scalable systems and design creative technical pathways
• Guide clients through sophisticated CRM, automation, and integration transformations
• Invent 3–4 creative paths forward for complex challenges
• Communicate options clearly to executive stakeholders
• Take ownership of implementations from architecture to delivery

Qualifications

• Exceptional Communication Skills – Flawless written English and confident spoken communication
• Strong Development Background (4–6+ years) – Experience as a web or full-stack developer with hands-on coding expertise
• Client-Facing Experience (4–5+ years) – Comfortable leading technical conversations with executives and revenue leaders
• Strategic Problem Solver – Naturally generates multiple solution pathways before selecting the best one
• U.S. Time Zone Experience – Proven history working full-time with U.S.-based teams on U.S. hours (PST alignment required)
• Leadership Exposure – Experience mentoring, leading projects, or serving as a technical lead

Requirements
