Role Description

CTG is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect specializing in Oracle Cloud Manufacturing & Maintenance to lead enterprise-level Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations for our client. This role is responsible for designing scalable manufacturing and maintenance solutions, leading implementation efforts, and providing strategic guidance on best practices for production and maintenance operations.

Duration: 12 months

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing and Maintenance solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Lead implementation and configuration activities for Oracle Manufacturing modules including Work in Progress (WIP), Bills of Materials (BOM), Routings, and Maintenance.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and gather business requirements to develop functional and technical solution designs.
• Provide leadership to implementation teams throughout project planning, execution, testing, deployment, and support phases.
• Advise clients on best practices related to maintenance programs, production workflows, work definitions, and production cost management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams to ensure successful solution integration and delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Oracle Manufacturing implementation experience.
• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or Functional Lead in Oracle Cloud environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Oracle Cloud certifications preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Requirements

• Expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing and Maintenance modules.
• Strong solutions architecture and enterprise system design experience.
• Hands-on configuration experience with WIP, BOM, Routings, and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client engagement skills.
• Experience leading Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projects.

Benefits

• The expected base salary for this position ranges from $95,000 to $105,000.
• Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
• In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
