[Hiring] Solutions Architect @Cast AI

Role Description

We are hiring a Solutions Architect to join our Customer Success team and support strategic customers across APAC. This is a hands-on, customer-facing technical role for someone with strong Kubernetes, SRE and DevOps experience. You will:

• Work alongside Technical Account Managers and Client Partners, becoming the escalation point for deeper technical expertise.
• Understand customers' Kubernetes environments and diagnose technical challenges.
• Guide customers towards the right Cast AI solution to realize more value from the platform.
• Identify and support expansion opportunities, including positioning Omni where it can solve meaningful customer problems.
• Be comfortable in front of senior technical stakeholders and explain complex Kubernetes topics clearly.
• Travel to customer sites when needed.

Qualifications

• Six to twelve years of relevant experience in SRE, DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, Solutions Engineering or a similar role.
• Strong hands-on Kubernetes experience, understanding clusters, workloads, networking, scaling, and resource management in production.
• Meaningful prior experience as an SRE or DevOps Engineer.
• Experience troubleshooting production incidents, including diagnosing root cause and implementing improvements.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and modern cloud-native tooling.
• Able to communicate technical concepts in a logical, clear, and customer-friendly way.
• Comfortable speaking with engineering leaders, platform teams, SREs, DevOps teams, and senior technical stakeholders.
• Interested in a customer-facing role.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-growing, less structured environment.
• Willing to travel to customer locations for a few days per month.

Requirements

• Act as the senior technical escalation point for strategic and complex customer conversations.
• Partner with Technical Account Managers on customer onboarding, adoption, technical risk, and platform value.
• Work with Client Partners to identify and support expansion opportunities within existing customers.
• Lead technical discovery sessions with customers to understand their Kubernetes architecture, workloads, operational challenges, and priorities.
• Advise customers on Kubernetes reliability, efficiency, scaling, and platform best practices.
• Help customers diagnose and resolve complex production issues involving Kubernetes clusters, workloads, resource management, networking, or platform reliability.
• Represent Cast AI in customer meetings, technical workshops, and occasional on-site visits across APAC.
• Support the commercial adoption of Omni by connecting product capabilities to genuine customer needs.
• Share recurring customer feedback, technical blockers, and product opportunities with Product and Engineering teams.
• Work closely with a team of SREs and cloud infrastructure specialists within Customer Success.
