[Hiring] Solution Architect (NodeJs + ReactJs, React Native) @Confiz

Role Description

Confiz is looking for a seasoned solution architect to join our growing Architecture Team - focused on optimizing our Web and App front ends, designing a robust landscape that leverages the digital capabilities as modular components. We aim to provide innovative design and architecture that enhances speed, flexibility, and personalization, enabling intelligence-driven customer experiences on a responsive and scalable platform.

• Act as a technical thought leader and architect across all front-end teams delivering digital solutions for end users
• Providing the architecture of Web/App platforms as per the laid out guiding principles
• High level architecture to be transformed into Technical Designs
• Transforming Functional & Non-functional requirements into designs
• Co-ordinating with product & business teams to close the loop for requirements & include into final solution proposal
• Assessing various available options, weighing their pros and cons, and documenting the results as an Architectural Decision Record (ADR)
• Assist and advise the engineering teams in selecting tools and evaluating multiple providers
• Outlining the Technical Architecture for each individual component including Web, App, SSO, Ecommerce capabilities
• Facilitate and participate in design review sessions to ensure alignment with architectural standards and best practices
• Conduct risk assessments of new & existing technologies and implementations, ensuring compliance with security, Data protection and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall experience
• 3-5 years of working experience in a similar role
• Proven experience in Nodejs, Reactjs, React Native technologies
• Proven experience in working in complex enterprise with various dependencies
• Deep understanding of head-less, micro services based, API first & event-based architecture
• Good experience with Cloud Native SaaS & Custom-built applications, components & capabilities
• Solid experience of working with Open Technology & best of breed enterprise Technology landscape
• Working experience of building solutions in Azure & AWS cloud infrastructure
• Able to articulate the design preferences & choices to senior stakeholders with documented analytical approach
• Familiarity with Agile working principles
• Experience of working with Tools like Lucid, JIRA, confluence etc

Requirements

• Good to have experience working with Adobe Mar-Tec suite Adobe AEM, Adobe Target etc
• Certification in architecture from Azure or AWS
• Working experience in a SAFE organisation
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment, fostering positive relationships with team members and stakeholders
