[Hiring] Software Engineer II @Xplor

Role Description

You’ll join Xplor Field Services and our Global Technology team — You’ll help us enhance our industry-leading platform used by our customer base to run their businesses. Some of the other responsibilities you’ll have:

• Design, develop, and test software applications using .NET Framework, .NET Core, C# and Microsoft.
• Work to extend, troubleshoot and optimize existing framework for stability, scalability and improved member experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing software applications.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply that knowledge to improve our software development processes and tools.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and prioritize technical debt and implement solutions to address it.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, and Product Management, to deliver software solutions that meet customer needs.
• Optimize and improve existing software systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years' experience in delivering software platforms used across multiple products.
• Experience in software development with .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, and Microsoft SQL.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns.
• Strong understanding of SQL server and the ability to write stored procedures.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles.
• Strong experience in building Rest/JSON based Web Services in .NET.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
