Role Description

We are seeking Senior Software Engineers to drive innovation and deliver delightful experiences to Netflix members on the iOS app. Our work spans:

• Member Experience Client Foundations Team: Builds the server-driven UI (SDUI) architecture and tooling that powers the member experience across Netflix's iOS, Android, and TV apps.
• Ads Team: Responsible for delivering and evolving the platform for innovative, customizable ad experiences.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to build delightful, performant, and accessible consumer-facing experiences using Swift on the client and GraphQL for data access.
• Develop maintainable code that is robust over time, with effective automation and documentation to support knowledge sharing within the team.
• Act as a strategic partner with product management to scope projects, with designers to refine UI specifications, and with engineering teams to collaborate on shared infrastructure.

Requirements

• Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses.
• You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options.
• The range for this role is $388,000.00 - $558,000.00, varying based on location.
