Role Description

As a Software Engineer within our Product team, you will join a cross-functional squad composed of 2 full-stack developers and collaborate with UX designers.

• Efficient delivery: Ensure that the team delivers efficiently through specifications, reviews, and pair programming, with code merged daily to iterate on our codebase.
• A successful product: Contribute to product outcomes by understanding user needs, implementing improvements, and learning how we measure impact (quality, reliability, and adoption) with the support of your squad.
• Fast bug resolution and high-quality user experience: Monitor server performance, feedback, and bugs to provide the best experience to our users.
• Professional growth: Supported by Senior Management and the engineers of your squad, you will grow your skills and progressively gain autonomy and ownership through regular feedback, pair programming, and code reviews.

Qualifications

• Initial professional experience as a software engineer (internship, apprenticeship, or first full-time role) with 2-5 years of skill development.
• Good knowledge of TypeScript/React and willingness to learn.
• Curiosity about integrating tools to power innovative AI features and simplify customer work.
• Experience working as a software engineer in a start-up or scale-up company.
• Desire to contribute to a team and make it succeed.
• Eager to learn new skills and have strong ambition for yourself.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
• Passionate about working in the field of ESG, Sustainability, Carbon, etc.

• Ability to deliver fast and find efficient solutions with little time to plan.
• Comfortable working in uncertainty and adapting to evolving conditions.
