[Hiring] Software Engineer @Experior Financial

Role Description

This role involves supporting multiple divisions across our technology ecosystem to accelerate product delivery, strengthen code quality, and enhance backend systems.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code across PHP and Java services.
• Build, maintain, and consume RESTful APIs to support product functionality and internal systems.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality, knowledge sharing, and adherence to best practices.
• Debug production issues, identify root causes, and deliver high-quality resolutions.
• Use AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) to accelerate development while maintaining code quality.
• Validate, review, and test AI-generated code to ensure correctness, performance, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and clearly communicate technical topics to non-technical partners.
• Contribute to documentation, including technical notes, API references, and internal guides.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience with PHP. Familiarity with Java.
• Experience building or consuming REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar).
• Proficiency with Git and modern version control workflows.
• Comfortable using AI coding tools in daily development.
• Ability to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong written documentation skills, including clarity, structure, and maintainability.
