Role Description

Design, develop, troubleshoot and/or test/QA software. As a member of the software engineering division, apply knowledge of software architecture to perform tasks associated with developing, debugging, or designing software applications or operating systems according to provided design specifications.

• Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and/or suggest improvements to the architecture.
• May telecommute.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Software Developer-related occupation.

Requirements

• Object-oriented languages such as Java, Go, C, C++, Python, or PHP.
• RESTful APIs and web services.
• Containerized applications and orchestration.
• Linux and scripting.
• Data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and distributed systems fundamentals.
• Networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP) and standard network architectures databases.
• NoSQL systems, storage, or distributed persistence technologies.
