Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer responsible for analyzing, developing, documenting, and maintaining software assets, including desktop applications, web applications, and data stores. This role involves designing and customizing software solutions to optimize operational efficiency and meet client requirements.

• Develop web applications using ASP.Net with MVC framework for separation of business logic and presentation layers.
• Build user interfaces using HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, and client-side scripting with Angular, DevExpress, JavaScript, JSON, and jQuery.
• Design and optimize SQL databases with constraints, triggers, stored procedures, data archival, partitioning, and indexing for performance.
• Document and demonstrate solutions through prototypes, flowcharts, diagrams, and clear code comments.
• Apply Agile development methodology to create next-generation frameworks for software development.
• Develop unit tests for critical code and ensure high-quality standards.
• Convert existing server-based platforms to web-based solutions to meet evolving customer needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve code issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
• Create technical documentation for system components, development environments, and implementation strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify complex problems, evaluate options, and implement solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of progressive experience in software development.
• Minimum 6 years of experience with: C#, ASP.Net, MVC, Entity Framework and JavaScript, HTML5, SQL Server, Angular.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Framework.
• Expertise in Agile development methods.
• Experience with Visual Studio, Jira, and Git Version Control.
• Knowledge of SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and T-SQL.
• Web design and secure API development using JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, jQuery, JSON, and Bootstrap.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Azure, and Windows environments.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and leadership skills.

Benefits

• Salary range: $109,000-$118,000
